2. Hosting
This website is hosted by HelioNet (HelioHost), a non-profit web host in the United States — heliohost.org. When a page is opened, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, the address requested, browser) in log files to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The server is in the United States, so data is transferred to a country outside the EU.
3. Project proposals
When you fill in "Propose a project", I process your answers, your name, your email address and any pictures you upload to reply to you and talk about a possible project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no project follows, I delete the data after twelve months at the latest.
4. Your project page
When we work on a project together, you receive a private link to a project page. There I show the steps of the project and store your comments and approvals to carry it out (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The page cannot be found publicly. I keep the data as long as the project and legal retention duties require.
5. Cookies
This site sets only one technically necessary session cookie that protects forms from misuse (§ 25(2) TDDDG). There is no tracking, no analytics and no advertising. Fonts and every other file are on this website's own server; your browser connects to no third party. Only when I embed a video in your project page does your browser load it from Vimeo or YouTube (cookie-free, youtube-nocookie.com).
6. Email
When you write to me, or I tell you about a new step, I process your email address and the message to communicate about your project.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to raul@estudiotonalli.com. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
